Message for parents whose children are enrolled in the Afterschool Childcare service of the European Commission and who attend one of the APEEE’s extracurricular activities
Dear parents,
Extracurricular activities start on Monday 18th September 2023.
The Afterschool Childcare Services of the European Commission has asked us to remind you that the APEEE is not part of the European Commission and is not subject to the same regulations. However, they strive to foster collaborative relationships to facilitate and meet parents’ demand for extracurricular activities.
To facilitate your child’s participation in extracurricular activities organised by the APEEE, they ask you to enter a specific authorisation in Kiddyweb for the APEEE. To do this, go to the Kiddyweb file for each of your children enrolled in extracurricular activities and edit the authorisation field by filling in the following three mandatory fields:
- Last name: APEEE ;
- First name: Woluwe OR Evere (depending on the site where your child is registered) ;
- APEEE telephone number: 0476 27 56 57
Validation of this authorisation by Kiddyweb may take up to 24 hours before educators can consult it in Kiddymob on their work telephones. The educators of the European Commission’s after-school childcare service are not authorised to hand over a child to the APEEE if the APEEE has not been previously authorised in Kiddyweb by the paying parent.
