Registration

New Pupils at School

Registration must be completed through your Private Area before 1 September to allow us to organise the canteen seating according to the number of enrolled pupils. Registration is valid for the entire school year but may be modified before the beginning of each term.

Even if you have informed teachers, educational advisers or other members of the school staff, you must complete the registration in your Private Area within the specified deadlines. 

Pupils already in school & automatic re-enrolment

Please note: your child’s canteen subscription for the third term is automatically carried over to the first term of the following school year and is then renewed automatically, with the exception of:

• P5 pupils enrolled at the Evere site (who will transfer to the Woluwe site from S1 onwards).
• S7 pupils.

If you wish to cancel or modify your child’s subscription for the following school year, please make all changes through your Private Area before 30 September.

Modification and Cancellation

First Term

Any modification or cancellation of a subscription must be done through your Secured Zone by 30th September. After that date, you will be billed for the entire term.

Second and Third Terms

Please inform us through your Secured Zone of any changes, which will take effect at the start of the following term.

Immediate Cancellation

Immediate cancellation is only allowed in case of food allergies — in which case you must submit a medical certificate — or if the student leaves the school.
