Registration Rules

Terms & Conditions

The APEEE has revised its Terms & Conditions which will be applicable as of the 2022-2023 school year. We highly recommend that you carefully read the Terms & Conditions which are available here.

Registration

New Pupils at School

The registration must be completed through your Secured Zone before 1st September, to allow us to organise the tables depending on the number of pupils enrolled. The registration is valid for the entire school year, but can be changed before the beginning of each term.

Even if you have informed the teachers, educational advisers or other school staff, you must submit through your Secured Zone on time.

Pupils already in school & automatic re-enrolment

N.B.: your child’s canteen subscription for the third term is automatically carried forward to the first term of the next school year (except for 7th-year secondary pupils).

If you wish to cancel or change your child’s subscription, please make all changes through your Secured Zone before 30th September.

Modification and Cancellation

You will find the reimbursement terms in case of modification or cancellation on our Pricing page.

First Term

Any modification or cancellation of a subscription must be done through your Secured Zone by 30th September. After that date, you will be billed for the entire term.

Second and Third Terms

Please inform us through your Secured Zone of any changes, which will take effect at the start of the following term.

Immediate Cancellation

Immediate cancellation is only allowed in case of food allergies — in which case you must submit a medical certificate — or if the student leaves the school.

📢 European Summit 2024

As announced in the national media, the European Summit will take place on the 17th April and 18th April 2024, which could cause major disruption to the capital’s road network.

The disruption is expected to start at 07:00 and could affect the APEEE school transport service. Due to this situation, we anticipate the risk of delays and/or cancellations to the usual routes. The transport service will keep the concerned parents informed in real time.

We understand that this may cause inconvenience and would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and patience in this exceptional circumstance. We will do our best to minimise disruption.

Best regards,

APEEE Bxl II Transport
