The Parents’ Association (APEEE) is happy to introduce you to the registration process for the school year 2023-2024.
The School Bus service, the Extracurricular Activities and the Canteen service are organised by the APEEE.
For Pupils Already Enrolled in 2022-2023: Automatic Renewal of Registrations
If your children are already enrolled in our Transport and/or Canteen services, they will automatically be re-enrolled for 2023-2024 and you do not need to take any action, unless you wish to make changes to your registration (see below).
You can check the status of your present subscription in your “Secured Zone” on woluweparents.org
Note: Regarding our Extracurricular Activities, you received message on the registrations, which started on the 29th June 2023. The activities programme is published on our website, please check it regularly!
For New Arriving Pupils & Parents or Not Yet Enrolled Pupils
To register your child(ren) for the services, you will need to create, unless you already have one, a Secure Zone account, by clicking here. Carefully follow the steps, including step 7, to finish creating your account. You will find hereafter a detailed guide on how to create a Secured Zone account.
Through your Secured Zone account, you will be able to choose and manage the APEEE services for your children.
As you will not be able to register for these services if you have not set up a Secured Zone account, we suggest you do this as soon as possible.
School Bus Service Woluwe
Registrations for school bus service started on 19th June 2023. New enrolments or changes to registration must be done between 19th and 30th June 2023. You can find more details about the registration process on the registration – modification – cancellation page.
If you cancel your registration and change your mind later, but do not re-register before 30th June 2023, the APEEE cannot guarantee a seat for your child for the requested bus service.
We are currently reviewing the bus routes and stops for the next school year and will inform parents at the end of August. Therefore, the time indicated for the selected stops may change.
The price of the subscription is set during the first term in autumn, once the number of students using the service and therefore the number of needed buses is finalised. For your reference, the annual school bus fee for 2022-2023 was 1901,32 € per child, independently from distance or time spent.
Temporary move P1/P2 pupils: regarding the school bus transport during the temporary move of P1/P2 pupils from Woluwe to Evere during the 1st semester, impacted families will receive a dedicated message on the registration process. Please note that if your child is already registered for the school bus transport in Woluwe, the automatic renewal will apply after his/her return to Woluwe. An FAQ is available on the EEB2 website, do not hesitate to read it.
Canteen Service Woluwe
Registrations for the canteen service started on the 19th June 2023. New enrolments, changes or cancellation of a registration must be done by 30th September at the latest and will be processed based on the available space, so that we can plan the seating accordingly. Only Secondary students with changes in their timetable will be allowed to modify, but not to cancel their registration, within the 20th of October 2023 at the latest.
Note: As of September 2023, on Wednesdays and on Fridays, all nursery pupils as well as P1 and P2 will be able to eat, accompanied by their teacher, before the end of the classes. You will therefore be able to register your child in the system also for this meal.
Canteen for Nursery, P1 & P2 on Wednesdays : additional information will be shared to the concerned parents in due time.
The price of the subscription is set during the first term once the number of pupils registered for the canteen is known and we can determine the cost. For your reference, the prices for 2022-2023 were:
- Maternelle: 6.36 €
- Primary: 7.25 €
- Secondary: 7.64 €
Temporary move P1/P2 pupils: regarding the canteen registration during the temporary move of P1/P2 pupils from Woluwe to Evere, please note that if your child is already registered for the canteen in Woluwe, the automatic renewal will apply and this in anticipation of their return after the Carnival break. You will be contacted to register your child to the Evere canteen in the coming months.
In case your child is not registered yet for the canteen in Woluwe, and you would like your child to have a warm meal upon his/her return after the Carnival break, thank you to make the registration now via your Secured Zone.
Wednesday Meals for P3/P4/P5/S1/S2 at Afterschool Childcare Centre
If your child (P3, P4, P5, S1, S2) is enrolled in the Afterschool Childcare Centre (OIB) on Wednesday, it is not necessary to subscribe for the Wednesday meal in the Secured Zone of the APEEE. This meal is already included in the price of the Afterschool Childcare Centre. Please check the Secured Zone if the subscription states “No” for Wednesdays.
Additional information
Please note, the current forecast of prices for the APEEE Services 2023-2024 school year is similar to the situation in Belgium as it depends on external factors, as well as on internal factors, e.g., on the number of registrations to our services, and the availability of canteen space. We will only know the significance of internal factors in September 2023. Possible price increases will be announced during the month of October 2023. Prices for 2022-2023, therefore, are purely indicative and most probably subject to change. We count on your understanding of why the APEEE needs to review the pricing to continue the supply of our services.
If you wish to make any changes to your registration for any APEEE Services, please do so via your Secured Zone of the APEEE website before the deadline for each service as mentioned above. Once these deadlines have expired, the invoices will be issued for the services to which your children are registered for this school term. This invoice will also include the annual APEEE membership fee of €52.
