Mini Entreprise : Uncle's Jam

We are very happy to share with you the three companies pupils from S6 created under the supervision of the LJE & their teacher !

Indeed, many students, as teams, have joined the LJE which stands for “les jeunes entreprises” that launches each year a programme called “mini entreprises” which offers the possibility to young adults the opportunity to approach the world of business by allowing them to set up and run a small business. 

Pupils, as entrepreneurs have the opportunity to develop skills in key positions in human ressources, sales, advertising, marketing, accounting and finance, etc. 

You will find below the companies pupils have created and shared with the APEEE.


Chers parents,

Moi et mon équipe composée de 7 autres élèves de 6ème année de la section française de l’École Européenne Bruxelles II avons lancé il y a de cela 3 mois notre entreprise de confiture/compote à tartiner, “Uncle’s Jam”.

Nous faisons tous nos produit nous-même (nous achetons des fruits locaux et faisons nous-même les récoltes de pots). Ensuite nous produisons nos confitures/compotes à tartiner dans des cuisines agréées, notamment celle de l’APEEE où l’on stérilise nos pots accompagnés de professionnels. Nous respectons bien évidemment toutes les normes de sécurité (gants, couvre-chefs, tablier, etc).

Nos principaux gouts pour l’instant sont poire/spéculoos et pomme/cannelle. Nos principales valeurs sont : l’écoresponsabilitél’artisanat et des produits avec peu de sucre ajoutéC’est pour cela que nous avons besoin de votre aide!

Nous recherchons des pots en verre vide, de taille petite à moyenne (max 500 g) avec leurs couvercles. Nous mettrons en place des points de collecte devant l’entrée principale de notre école.
