Registrations for the tournaments are open until November , 2024 included. Tournaments schedules and rules will be published after the registration period is over.
  • Interclass

    Pre-requisites

    The matches are held within three groups:
    • Primary 2nd and 3rd (Interclass Mini)
    • Primary 4th and 5th (Interclass Junior)
    • Secondary 1st and 2nd (Interclass Senior)
    The number of teams is limited in order to allow greater flexibility for postponed matches. Once the team quota has been reached, the following entries will no longer be taken into account. Once submitted via this form, the composition of the team cannot be changed, except for medical reasons. It is strictly forbidden for a pupil belonging to a group to participate in the tournament in a team of a higher or lower group. A student may not change from one team to another for the duration of the tournament.

    Team Selection Criteria

    Each team will choose a parent (adult) who will be responsible for communication. A team must have a minimum of 10 players and may have a maximum of 15 players with a minimum of 2 girls. At least one parent must be present to supervise each team. All parents coming to coach a team must be registered no later than the previous day by the parent in charge via an email sent to interclasses-footfest@woluweparents.org. All lists submitted must be final and may not be changed. No last-minute additions will be accepted. These adults must look after all the children in the team from the end of the school day until the end of the match.

    Registration

    ONLY the registrations via the below form will be accepted. The registrations are open till the 5 November 2024. Registration form Please note that the registration needs to be done by the captain’s parent of each team.

    Price

    The registration of a player in the tournament costs 30€ which will be charged to his/her parents. The invoices will be sent after the beginning of the tournaments.

    Responsibilities

    For insurance reasons, players are not allowed to stay in school buildings without adult supervision. It is therefore essential that between one parent come to supervise the team at the end of the schoolday until the end of the games.

    Fair Play

    It is understood that players and spectators will behave courteously and with fair play, in moments of joy or defeat.

    Communication

    The schedule of the matches will be accessible on woluweparents.org and regularly updated. The parent responsible for the team will be contacted directly in case of cancellation or postponement of a match, he / she will be held responsible for informing his team members.

    Footfest

    • Secondary 3rd and 4th – Footfest Junior (10 teams)
    • Secondary 5th, 6th and 7th – Footfest Senior (15 teams)

Once submitted via this form, the composition of the team can not be changed, except for medical reasons. It is strictly forbidden for a pupil belonging to a group to participate in the tournament in a team of a higher or lower group. A student may not change from one team to another for the duration of the tournament.

The team will have a name that is most relevant to the language section most represented in it. Only the names of member countries of the European Union will be accepted. At least one parent must be present to supervise each team. All parents coming to coach a team must be registered no later than the previous day by the parent in charge via an email sent to interclasses-footfest@woluweparents.org. All lists submitted must be final and may not be changed. No last-minute additions will be accepted. These adults must look after all the children in the team from the end of the school day until the end of the match.
