Information on APEEE service registration for 2026-2027

Parents were informed by email on 21 May 2026 at 14.10

We would like to inform you about the opening dates for registration to the APEEE services for the 2026–2027 school year. The APEEE provides the following services:

  • School transport on the Woluwe and Evere sites
  • Afterschool extracurricular activities and supervision, on the Woluwe and Evere sites
  • Canteen and cafeteria services on the Woluwe site

The canteen service on the Evere site is managed externally by Scolarest Compass, who will inform the parents of children who will be schooled in Evere next year in the second half of August. Registration for the Evere canteen is not managed by or via the APEEE.

Automatic Renewal for APEEE-Managed Services

If your child(ren) were already registered for school transport and/or the Woluwe canteen during the 2025–2026 school year, the registration will be automatically renewed for 2026–2027, except for:

  • Nursery and primary pupils currently schooled in the Woluwe site (transferring to the Evere site as of next year),
  • P5 pupils currently schooled in the Evere site (transferring to the Woluwe site as of next year),
  • S7 pupils.

In case of automatic renewal, no action is required on your part unless you wish to make changes. Otherwise, please note that registrations will need to be entered again in your Secured Zone.

Registration Dates & Prices

  • Woluwe & Evere school transport registrations will open on 5 June 2026. The APEEE will make every effort to keep the prices within the same range as for the 2025–2026 school year. However, the prices are likely to be affected by the increase in fuel costs. Provisional pricing information will be communicated on 5 June. As in previous years, final prices will be set in October.
  • Woluwe canteen registrations will open on 5 June 2026. The APEEE is committed to lowering the prices in the context of the reduction in costs generated by the new self-service organisation. Provisional pricing information will be communicated on 5 June. As in previous years, final prices will be set in October.
  • Woluwe & Evere Extracurricular activities
    • Pre-registration from 22 May 2026 to 7 June 2026
    • Publication of the 2026-2027 activities programme : 1 June 2026
    • Registrations will open on 15 June 2026 at 1:00 pm.
    • The APEEE will make every effort to keep the prices within the same range as for the 2025–2026 school year. Services for nursery and primary in the Woluwe site may be affected by the additional required organisation linked to the transfer of the nursery and primary cycles to Evere. Provisional pricing information will be provided no later than 15 June. As in previous years, final prices will be set in October.

📢 National Strike on 12 May 2026

As announced in the national media, a demonstration taking place in Brussels on 12 May 2026 may cause disruption to the city’s road network and impact some school transport services.

Activités Périscolaires – Programme des activités

National Strike on 13th February 2025 📣

As announced in the national media, a strike will take place on 13th February 2025, which could cause disruption and create trafic.

The transport service will keep the concerned parents informed in real time about cancellations, absent supervisors, etc.

We understand that this may cause inconvenience and would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and patience during this exceptional circumstance. We will do our best to minimise disruption.

Grève nationale le 13 février 2025 📣🚌

Comme annoncé dans les médias nationaux, une grève aura lieu le 13 février 2025, ce qui pourrait entraîner des perturbations sur le réseau routier de la capitale.

Le service transport tiendra informé en temps réel les parents concernés au sujet d’annulation, absence de surveillants, etc.

Nous comprenons que cela peut causer des désagréments et nous tenons à vous remercier d’avance de votre compréhension et patience en cette circonstance exceptionnelle. Nous ferons de notre mieux pour minimiser les perturbations.
