IMPORTANT LOGISTICAL INFORMATION – Friday 27 March 2026 📱

As communicated by Ms Malik, Friday 27 March 2026 will be a half day and classes will end around 12.50. Please find below a summary of the arrangements:

  • TRANSPORT : Unique bus departure at 13.00 (from Woluwe/Evere to external afterschool childcare centres or home). Important: buses will run with their Wednesday bus number.
  • EXTRACURRICULAR : The activities will be organised as a normal Friday. The APEEE will be offering occasional supervision from 12.30 to 15.30 & 15.30 to 18.30. This supervision is a paying service, to which you can register your child through your Secured Zone. 
  • CANTEEN & CAFETERIA: The Woluwe & Evere Canteens will be providing a warm meal to allNursery & Primary students. S1 & S2 pupils registered to an extracurricular activity or afterschool childcare are kindly asked to bring their packed lunch.Please note that the cafeteria will be closed.

National Strike on 13th February 2025 📣

As announced in the national media, a strike will take place on 13th February 2025, which could cause disruption and create trafic.

The transport service will keep the concerned parents informed in real time about cancellations, absent supervisors, etc.

We understand that this may cause inconvenience and would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and patience during this exceptional circumstance. We will do our best to minimise disruption.

Comme annoncé dans les médias nationaux, une grÚve aura lieu le 13 février 2025, ce qui pourrait entraßner des perturbations sur le réseau routier de la capitale.

Le service transport tiendra informĂ© en temps rĂ©el les parents concernĂ©s au sujet d’annulation, absence de surveillants, etc.
