Info Session : Statutes Revision

As part of our Statutes’ revision process, the APEEE would like to invite you to an information session scheduled for Tuesday 28th November 2023 from 7 pm to 9 pm, at which we will explain the technical revision of the Statutes, that is necessary due to changes in Belgian company law.

The APEEE Board approved the revised statutes on October 24th and will submit the document to the Extraordinary General Assembly (EGM) taking place on Thursday 7th December at 7 pm.

A message with the link has been sent to all parents on 21/11/2023 at 10 am.
