Info Session : Annual Report, IT Project, etc.

Dear parents,

In preparation of the Annual General Meeting (AGM), the APEEE would like to invite you to an information session online scheduled on Thursday 21st December 2023 from 12h30 to 14h00 at which the APEEE would like to present the IT Project, Annual Report 2022-2023, the position of the APEEE regarding the Evere Zoning plan and followed by a Q&A session.

The APEEE Board approved the Annual Report 2022-2023 on 11th December 2023. These documents will be submitted to the Annual General Meeting scheduled on the 11th January 2024 at 7 pm. Practical details regarding the AGM have been communicated.

The information session will be chaired by M. Andrew Janis FOLKMANIS (APEEE Board President), with a presentation from M. Vincent CATOT (Overcrowding Taskforce Coordinator) and reflections on the APEEE’s IT system.

Registrations to the APEEE Transport and Canteen services for the upcoming school year 2024-2025 will take place around mid-June and APEEE Extracurricular Activities, late June.

This registration period, which is slightly later than usual, will allow the APEEE to ensure that everything is in place for a smooth and efficient registration process.
