As part of the preparations for the 2026–2027 school year, new parents and guardians can now order their access badges. The access badge reserved for the parent or authorised person picking up a child from an afterschool exrtacurricular activity or supervision or from the OIB (APPS).
Who should use this link?
The link below is only for new families whose children will be starting at either the Evere or Woluwe site in September 2026 and who do not already have an access badge.
👉 https://www.edufun.be/badge-eeb2
For each badge required, the person placing the order must:
- complete the online form;
- make the corresponding payment (15.40€).
Please note that a separate form and payment are required for each badge.
Access between the two sites
As is the case this year:
- an Evere badge provides access to both the Evere and Woluwe sites;
- a Woluwe badge only provides access to the Woluwe site and cannot be used to access the Evere site.
Families who already have a badge
Families currently enrolled at Woluwe who already have an access badge and whose children will attend Evere from the 2026–2027 school year must exchange their badge, as the Woluwe badge does not work at the Evere site.
The exchange is free of charge. Parents concerned should complete the following form. A separate request must be submitted for each badge to be exchanged.
👉 CHANGE BADGE WOLUWE TO EVERE SEPTEMBER 2026
IMPORTANT : if you have already submitted a badge exchange request using this form following the OIB communication, there is no need to submit another request.
The new badges can be collected from the security lodge at the entrance to the Evere site. When collecting the new badge, the parent or authorised person must return the Woluwe badge in exchange.
The Evere badge will also allow parents or authorised persons to collect children attending APEEE activities at the Woluwe site, where required.
Badge production
Badges will be produced over the summer. However, at this stage we cannot guarantee that all badges will be ready by the beginning of September. We will keep you informed of any updates shared from the school.
Please note that the production and distribution of the badges are organised by the school. The APEEE is simply sharing this information with families.
