As part of the preparations for the 2026–2027 school year, new parents and guardians can now order their access badges. The access badge reserved for the parent or authorised person picking up a child from an afterschool exrtacurricular activity or supervision or from the OIB (APPS).
Who should use this link?
The link below is only for new families whose children will be starting at either the Evere or Woluwe site in September 2026 and who do not already have an access badge.
👉 https://www.edufun.be/badge-eeb2
For each badge required, the person placing the order must:
- complete the online form;
- make the corresponding payment.
Please note that a separate form and payment are required for each badge.
Access between the two sites
As is the case this year, an Evere badge will also provide access to the Woluwe site.
Please note, however, that a Woluwe badge does not provide access to the Evere site.
Families who already have a badge
Families who are currently based at the Woluwe site, already have a badge, and whose children will be moving to the Evere site for the 2026–2027 school year do not need to apply for a new badge using the link above.
A separate process has been put in place for these families, and the relevant information and dedicated link will be shared with them.
Please also note that families who already hold an Evere badge will be able to use the same badge to access both the Evere and Woluwe sites.
Badge production
Badges will be produced over the summer. However, at this stage we cannot guarantee that all badges will be ready by the beginning of September. We will keep you informed of any updates shared from the school.
Please note that the production and distribution of the badges are organised by the school. The APEEE is only sharing the message.
