6-7/11 : Multidisciplinary Workshop – Register Now ! ⚽🎭

We are thrilled to inform you that the APEEE is organising a Multidisciplinary Workshop for your Nursery and Primary cihldren on the 6th and 7th of November 2023. This event promises to be an enriching experience for our children, fostering creativity, curiosity, and collaboration.

Details

  • On the Woluwe site for both Evere & Woluwe pupils
  • Given in both French & English
  • Children are welcomed and will be under supervision as of 8h30 with the latest pick up at 17h30
  • Workshop activities will be given from 9h to16h
  • Only 2-day registration accepted
  • Warm meal available on demand for the same price as a regular meal at the canteen (see email sent to all nursery and primary parents)

A moment of relaxation and leisure

Extracurricular workshop are an opportunity for children to relax and enjoy themselves. They allow them to discover new activities and make new friends.

So do not hesitate to register your child!

These workshops will be held subject to a sufficient number of registrations (8 per workshop) by Friday 20th October 2022.

Please note that in the event that we have to cancel the workshop your child is registered for due to force majeure, you will only be invoiced for the days your child has attended the workshop on a pro-rata basis.

🚍‼️Reminder that One-off, Temporary Changes or Extra Bus Stops are Currently Not Allowed. 🚍‼️

Because of the overcrowding and the increasingly limited number of spare seats in buses, we may not always be able to accept requests for occasional changes of bus (e.g. to visit another pupil, the doctor, a private teacher, or a sports club).

  • Between 1st and 30 September 

We will not allow any one-off or temporary change of bus.

  • From 1st October

Any one-off or temporary change of bus must be requested by sending an email to the Transport Office before 13:00 the day before at the latest, and will only be accepted based on the availability of seats.

Request for Extra Bus Stop

Requests for regular use of a different bus departing at the same time (13:00 – 15:30 – 16:20) will only be considered as of November and will be subject to the availability of seats in our buses. This does not concern children living alternate weeks with each parent (shared custody).

Requests for an additional stop must be renewed annually. After eventual acceptance, the approval may be withdrawn at any time during the school year in order to release a seat for a student to be transported to and from home.

National Strike on 13th February 2025 đź“Ł

As announced in the national media, a strike will take place on 13th February 2025, which could cause disruption and create trafic.

The transport service will keep the concerned parents informed in real time about cancellations, absent supervisors, etc.

We understand that this may cause inconvenience and would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and patience during this exceptional circumstance. We will do our best to minimise disruption.

Grève nationale le 13 février 2025 📣🚌

Comme annoncé dans les médias nationaux, une grève aura lieu le 13 février 2025, ce qui pourrait entraîner des perturbations sur le réseau routier de la capitale.

Le service transport tiendra informé en temps réel les parents concernés au sujet d’annulation, absence de surveillants, etc.

Nous comprenons que cela peut causer des désagréments et nous tenons à vous remercier d’avance de votre compréhension et patience en cette circonstance exceptionnelle. Nous ferons de notre mieux pour minimiser les perturbations.
