Dear parents,

The end of the school year is slowly approaching and to make it as smooth as possible, we wish to list the following information regarding the APEEE services. Thank you to save these dates in your calendar.

• Friday 16^th June 2023 : last day of extracurricular activities in Woluwe and Evere. Therefore, no extracurricular activities are organised after the 16^{th of} June 2023. However, APEEE supervision for the pupils registered remains open.

• Thursday 6^th July 2023 : last day of APEEE Supervision in Woluwe and Evere. Therefore, no supervision is organised on Friday 7^th July 2023.

• From 26^th June to 6^th July 2023 : buses in the morning are organised as usual and 1 departure at 15h30 for all pupils registered to the bus service and to the Afterschool Childcare external Centre,) with bus monitors on board.

APEEE Workshops organised for the pupils S1, S2, S3 & S4 at the Woluwe site, who will be authorised to board the 15h30 departure ONLY IF seating is available.

• Friday 7^th July 2023 : the last day of school.
  • TRANSPORT: buses in the morning organised as usual and 1 departure at 11h for all students registered to the bus service and to the Afterschool Childcare external Centres, with bus monitors on board.
  • CANTEEN/CAFETERIA : No service, as the day finished at 10h30 and departure at 11h.
  • EXTRACURRICULAR : No service (see above).

Therefore, to know at what time your child’s bus will arrive at your stop, you need to transpose the time it usually takes in the afternoon. Example: a normal departure at 15h30 with an arrival at 15h50 at a stop (20 mins bus ride) on Friday 7^th July, a departure at 11h means the bus will arrive at 11h20 at the stop.
