Register to the Footfest 2023 ⚽🎈

Information shared by the school.

You are cordially invited to attend our annual Footfest and surrounding events on Thursday 4 May and
Friday 5 May 2023. The programme is as follows:

  • Gala Concert 🎶: Thursday 4 May from 7.30 to 10.30 pm
  • Footfest ⚽: Friday 5 May from 8.30 am in the whole school (access from 10 am for visitors)
  • Fashion Show👗: Friday 5 May from 5.30 to 7.30 pm
  • S1-S2-S3 students’ disco 💃🏽🕺🏽: Friday 5 May from 7.30 to 9.30 pm

The Gala Concert will take place on Thursday 4 May from 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm in the Salle Polyvalente
(doors open at 7 pm). Tickets are sold at 10€, 5€ for nursery and primary pupils. Family members
and relatives are welcome, but registration is required (see link below). The number of seats is limited
to 700.

Note: pupils and teachers participating in the concert do not need to reserve a seat. People who have
effectively contributed to the organisation of the concert will be granted free access (registration is still
required).

During the Footfest, all pupils will have access to the Eurovillage. Parents and relatives are welcome.
Access is free but prior registration is required (see link below).

The Fashion Show will take place on Friday 5 May from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm in the Salle Polyvalente
(doors open at 5 pm). Tickets are sold at 10€ per person. Family members and relatives are
welcome, but registration is required (see link below). The number of places is limited to 700.

Note: pupils and teachers participating in the Fashion Show do not need to reserve a seat. People who have effectively contributed to the organisation of the Fashion Show will be granted free access
(registration is still required).

The S1-S2-S3 students’ disco will take place on Friday 5 May from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm in the Chapiteau.
The entrance fee is 5€ per student. The number of places is limited to 400 (first come, first served)

Registration & Payment

To reserve your seat for the Gala Concert and the Fashion Show*, or to indicate that you will be coming to the Eurovillage**, please complete the following form before April 30th forms.office.com.

Payment instructions will be sent to you by email.

To participate in the Disco, S1, S2 and S3 students must buy their ticket in presale. Practical information
will be sent to these pupils and parents soon.
On the day of the event, make sure you use the correct entrance (see below) and present your
registration confirmation and identity document to the guards.

*Students and teachers participating in the event do not need to register for it.
** Only external visitor need to register for the Eurovillage

Access to the various events

For the Gala Concert and the Fashion Show, the entrance will be on the side of the Salle Polyvalente,
via Rue de l’Ecluse/Sasstraat and Rue de la Petite Montagne/Kleinenbergstraat
(opposite the bus park).
To avoid queues at the entrance, please buy tickets during the pre-sale at school (after the Easter
break) if you have the opportunity. More information will follow. Even with tickets, registration
remains compulsory for these events (see link above).

To access the Footfest (Eurovillage), use the main entrance, avenue Oscar Jespers.

For the Disco, students will enter and leave through the main entrance. Parents who come to pick
them up will wait outside the school, as they do every year, in front of the same entrance.

We remind you that parking is not allowed on the school site. Furthermore, on the day of the Footfest,
it is particularly difficult to park in the vicinity of the school. We therefore advise you to use public
transport, bicycles, etc. to come to the school. The police will be present around the school all day.

📢 European Summit 2024

As announced in the national media, the European Summit will take place on the 17th April and 18th April 2024, which could cause major disruption to the capital’s road network.

The disruption is expected to start at 07:00 and could affect the APEEE school transport service. Due to this situation, we anticipate the risk of delays and/or cancellations to the usual routes. The transport service will keep the concerned parents informed in real time.

We understand that this may cause inconvenience and would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and patience in this exceptional circumstance. We will do our best to minimise disruption.
