Parents were informed by email on 5 June 2026 at 12.30

The APEEE is pleased to announce the provisional prices for its services for the upcoming school year and the opening of registration for transport services in Woluwe & Evere and for the Woluwe Canteen. Registrations for extracurricular activities in Woluwe & Evere will open on 15 June 2026 at 1 pm.

Registration for transport and canteen in Woluwe

If your child(ren) were already registered for school transport and/or the Woluwe canteen during the 2025–2026 school year, their registration will be automatically renewed for 2026–2027, except for S7 pupils. In case of automatic renewal, no action is required on your part unless you wish to make changes, except for children who will change school site next year.

For children who will change school site next year (Nursery and primary pupils currently attending the Woluwe site who will transfer to the Evere site next year and P5 pupils currently attending the Evere site who will transfer to the Woluwe site next year), the bus subscription will be automatically renewed, however you will need to select your bus stops for the new school year in your Secured zone.

Registrations for Woluwe & Evere Transport and the Woluwe Canteen are open from Friday 5 June 2026 until 5 July 2026. To guarantee a place on your requested bus route and/or at the Woluwe canteen, you must register your child(ren) by the deadline. Late registrations will be accepted, but places will be granted based on availability.

How to Register

Please log in to your Secured Zone account to register your child(ren) for our services.

If you do not have an APEEE Secured Zone account, you are kindly invited to create one. Detailed instructions and guidelines are provided here.

Please note that the canteen service at the Evere site is managed externally by Scolarest Compass. Families of pupils attending Evere next year will receive information directly from Scolarest during the second half of August. Registration for the Evere canteen is therefore not managed by the APEEE or via the Secured Zone.

PROVISIONAL ORGANISATION AND PRICES

Prices communicated today are provisional. They are based on projections, taking into account inflation (past and expected) and best estimates on registration numbers. As in previous years, final prices will be set in October.

Transport in Woluwe & Evere

We are currently reviewing the bus routes and stops for the next school year. Updated information will be communicated at the end of August. As the Woluwe site will become exclusively dedicated to Secondary pupils and the Evere site to Nursery and Primary pupils, significant changes and major route restructuring will be necessary. Consequently, the times currently displayed for selected stops are likely to change.

The APEEE is doing its utmost to keep the prices within the same range as for the 2025–2026 school year. Due to the inflation affecting transport cost, the provisional price increase for 2026-2027 is 2%, meaning that the provisional price for a yearly subscription is set at €2 540. As in previous years, final prices will be set in October.

Canteen in Woluwe

The canteen in Woluwe will be transformed into a self-service model, to better cater for the needs of secondary-only students and to reduce the fixed costs of the canteen service.

With this transformation, together with a substantial effort to respond to legitimate parents’ concern over last year price increase, the APEEE will reduce the prices for the 2026-2027 school year: the provisional price per meal under a yearly 4-day and 5-day weekly meal plans is set at â‚¬7.95 for 2026-2027(compared to €8.51 in 2025-2026), a decrease by 6.09% for a yearly 4-day meal plan and by 6.79% for a yearly 5-day meal plan. For a yearly 3-day meal plan, the provisional price per meal is set at €9.68 for 2026-2027, compared to €10.24 in 2025-2026 (a decrease by 5.39%).

As in previous years, the final prices will be set in October.

Registration for a 3, 4, or 5-day weekly meal plan remains mandatory. Some additional flexibility is planned: it will be possible to purchase occasional meals either online or directly via the on-site kiosks.

Students will receive a personal badge, which will allow them to access the canteen through automatic doors. In an effort to phase out cash payments, this same badge will also be used for payments in the cafeteria.

If your child (S1 and S2) attends the Afterschool Childcare Centre (OIB service, in Evere only as of next year) on Wednesdays in Evere, please do not add the Wednesday meal in your APEEE account, as this meal is already included and invoiced through the childcare registration.

Extracurricular Activities in Woluwe & Evere

Registrations for extracurricular activities will open on 15 June 2026 at 1 pm. The activities programme is available in your Secured Zone. Price information for each activity will be added shortly.
