As part of the organisation of our extracurricular activities programme and to help our Woluwe pupils make a smooth and positive transition to the Evere site, we are delighted to invite your children to take part in a special afternoon of discovery, adventure and fun:

Who can take part?
This adventure is open to children from M1 to P4 who are currently attending the Woluwe site, new pupils who will be joining the Evere site in September as well as children currently attending the Evere site, in particular those from M1 to P4 who are curious to meet their future new friends.
Programme of the Afternoon
For one exciting afternoon, children will embark on a mission to discover their future environment through a series of fun and engaging activities:
- 🚌 Departure by coach from Woluwe at 1:30 pm, (following the warm meal) if your child in in P3-P4 is not registered for the canteen service, please provide them with a packed lunch or book a hot meal (at a cost of €8) by entering the code WOL6003_25 via your Secured Zone
- If your child is joining in September, you can drop your child at Evere, please note that registration is still mandatory.
- 🎲 Fun games, challenges and activities on the Evere site
- 🏫 Exploration of the school grounds and key facilities
- 🍎 Afternoon snack provided on site
- 👩🏫 Supervision by the Extracurricular Activities Team
Why take part?
This experience has been designed to help children:
- Discover the Evere site in a fun and reassuring way
- Become familiar with their new surroundings before September
- Experience this transition as an exciting new adventure
- Build confidence and feel more comfortable about the change
- Share a memorable afternoon with fellow young explorers
Our aim is to turn this important milestone into a positive and enjoyable experience, helping children approach their move to Evere with curiosity, confidence and enthusiasm.
Registration
To allow us to organise transport and staffing arrangements, we kindly ask you to register as soon as possible. A participation fee of 11.70€ applies, plus the cost of lunch for children who are not normally registered for the Wednesday canteen service.

Pick up Your Children
Children must be collected by their parents directly from the Evere site at the end of the activity.
