In case of snow and/or ice, or disruptions to our normal bus service for other reasons, we will inform you by email and SMS which service state applies for that day:

• SNOW PLAN ACTIVE : All routes operate but replacement stops are activated (see list of replacement stops Snow Plan Evere 2024-2025 & Snow Plan Woluwe 2024 2025 update 09.01.25)
• LIMITED SERVICE : Some routes are not in operation – please check the website for details
• NO BUS SERVICE :  The school is open but the school buses are not running, pupils must make their own way to school.

 Please also verify that the mobile phone number and email contact details registered in your Secured Zone are correct.

We strongly advise parents to check the APEEE website daily if there is snow or other adverse weather conditions are forecast. If anything, other than NORMAL BUS SERVICE is stated, there will be changes to routes or bus stops.
