Where? European School Brussels 2 (Evere site) – the school courtyard

What?

• In the programme: bouncy castles, face painting and other activities, food stands and drinks.
• Food stands organised by level (maternelle, 1^st grade, 2^nd grade, etc): every level is invited to prepare their own food stand with national snacks. Please bring them with you to share with the others.
• For bigger appetites, hot-dogs and pizza will be on sale in the cantine. Coffee, tea and water will be available freely. 

Volunteers:

• To make this event a success, please register to help supervise one of the rented activities (bouncy castles) or to propose your own activity (eg. bricolage, colouring, balloon twisting, etc). We will also need your support in cleaning after the party. Please register via the document in the email sent to all Evere parents.

Parking:

• Please note that due to the large number of participants expected and the security requirements, access to the parking facilities is permitted ONLY to those participants with reduced mobility. Public transportation is highly recommended.

End of the event:

• At the end of Foodfest parents are asked to leave the site by 13.00 at the latest to allow safe access for the school buses. You can take your children home after the event from 12.30.  Please ensure you clearly prearrange this with the class teacher by agenda or email a day before!

Registration to the event:

• Please register to the event via the email sent to all Evere parents. In order to attend the event it is essential that all names are preregistered to attend the event. Please bring with you your EU badges and/or IDs.
