The APEEE is pleased to announce that the registrations for its services for the upcoming school year are now open.

Practical Details

• Automatic Renewal: if you were already registered to the school transport and/or Woluwe canteen in 2024-2025, the registration is automatically renewed for 2025-2026 (except for S7) and you do not need to take any action, unless you wish to make changes. For P5 students, please see below.
• Registration Period: the registrations for Transport and Woluwe Canteen are open as of today, Monday 16^th June 2025 until 6^th July 2025. If you cancel your registration and change your mind later, but do not re-register before the deadline, the APEEE cannot guarantee a seat for your child in the requested bus and/or at the Woluwe canteen refectory.
• How to Register: Please connect to your Secured Zone account to register your little ones to our services. If you do not have an APEEE Secured Zone account, you are kindly invited to create one. Detailed instructions and guidelines are provided here.
• Available Services: parents can register to the TransportWoluwe/Evere and CanteenWoluwe. The Canteen in Evere is provided by Scolarest Compass, who will reach out to all parents during the month of August 2025.
  • Transport: We are currently reviewing the bus routes and stops for the next school year and will inform parents at the end of August. Therefore, the time indicated for the selected stops may change. 
    • Pupils from P5 Evere who will be starting S1 at Woluwe will need to register to Woluwe bus stops.
    • All P5 students entering S1 must register for the second departure at 4:20 pm.
  • Canteen Woluwe: Nursery/P1 & P2 students have the opportunity to eat with their teacher on Wednesdays and Fridays before the end of classes and bus departure. If your child attends the Afterschool Childcare Centre on Wednesdays, please do not include the Wednesday meal in your APEEE account, as you will already be invoiced the meal in your Afterschool Childcare registration. If you want your child to eat on Fridays (even if registered to the Afterschool Childcare Centre), you must add this meal to your APEEE account.
    • A minimum of 3 meals per week is required to subscribe to the canteen service.
    • Pupils from P5 Evere who will be starting S1 at Woluwe and wish to have a hot meal must be registered with the APEEE Woluwe Canteen via the Secured Zone.
  • Afterschool Childcare Centre: if your child is enrolled in the Afterschool Childcare Centre (P3 to S2) on Wednesday, do not register for the Wednesday meal, as it is already included in the price of the Afterschool Childcare registration.
  • Extracurricular Activities: registrations for extracurricular activities’ service are will open on the 23rd June 2025 at 1 pm. We thank you for your patience.

Important Reminders

• Ensure that all required information is accurately provided.
• The APEEE is currently reviewing its General Terms & Conditions, which will be communicated as soon as possible. We kindly invite you to register based on the current Terms & Conditions available at the time of registration. Once the new General Terms are published and shared with the community, parents will have three weeks from the date of publication to review them. If you do not accept the new terms, you will be entitled to cancel your registration within this three-week window without penalty.
• Your first invoice will include the annual APEEE membership fee of 57€.
