Since the beginning of the year we are facing problems with secondary students (mostly S1-S2) who are taking the wrong bus number for the 16h20 departure. This leads to a very stressful situation for children, a parent needing to pick up their child far away from the home stop and returning home very late.

Please be aware that the 15h30 bus number is not the same as the 16h20 bus numbers.

For exemple:

• BUS 316 at 15h30 – passes through the neighborhood nearby school, at Chaussée de Roodebeek, STIB stop VERHEYLEWEGHEN.
• BUS 416 at 16h20 – his first stop is in Overijse (13 kilometers from school), outside of Brussels to finish at Tombeek.

This is why, we are kindly asking you to remind the correct bus numbers for your children. It is also important for your child to have an easily accessible note (for example, noted in agenda) to check the correct bus number to take.
