Transport

Practical Details

• Unique bus departure at 12.30 pm (from Woluwe/Evere to external afterschool childcare centres or home).
• Important: buses will run with their Wednesday bus number.
• Bus monitors will be present on all buses.

If you do not wish your child takes the bus, please inform your child and their teacher (if your child is in Nursery, P1, P2) for them to bring your child to the right area.

Important note: departures on both sites Woluwe and Evere are at 12.30 pm and not at 13.00 pm as on a normal Wednesday. You must therefore deduct 30 minutes from your regular Wednesday schedule.

For example:

• Usually on a regular Wednesday, my child’s bus leaves school at 13.00 pm and arrives at 13.22 pm.
  • On Friday 22 December, my child’s bus leaves school at 12.30 pm and arrives at 12:52 pm (13:22 minus 30 minutes).
• Usually on a regular Wednesday, my child’s bus leaves school at 13.00 pm and arrives at 13.54 pm.
  • On Friday 22 December, my child’s bus leaves school at 12.30 pm and arrives at 13:24 pm (13:54 minus 30 minutes).

Extracurricular Activities & Supervision

The activities will be organised as a normal Friday. The APEEE will be offering occasional supervision from 12.00 to 15.30. This supervision is a paying service and will be charged €11.7. If you wish to register your child for this supervision (if they are not already registered to supervision with/without activity), please do so via your Secured Zone. 

To register, follow the steps:

1. Log into your account
2. Click on “Occasional Supervision” on the righthand side
3. Select the child for which you would like to book the supervision
4. Enter the information, click on “Submit“
5. Done !

Canteen for P3-P4-P5

The APEEE Canteen will be offering a warm meal to P3-P4-P5 students who are staying at the APEEE supervision or participating in an Extracurricular Activity. If you would like to register your child for this meal, please register through the form below (one form per child).

Warm meal for 22 dec. 2023🍴 (office.com) before Sunday 17th December 2023 00h.

Please note that this meal is not included in the termly canteen subscription and will be invoiced at a later date.

Maternelle, P1 and P2 pupils will receive their warm meal at their usual time.
