Postponed – FoodFest 2023 🎈
Dear Parents, Teachers and school community,
After consulting with the School Director, Health and Safety Officer, APEEE and Parents representatives it is with huge regret that we postpone the Foodfest Event Evere due to predicted wet weather conditions on Friday 12th May. The decision was made in the best interest of the pupils and staff health and safety. We are very disappointed but we have decided it is the wisest decision. We appreciate that all of the registered guests have made plans to take time off work and that is why we made the decision this afternoon, to allow you to return to work if you wish. The suppliers of the attractions have advised against installing the bouncy castles in the likelihood of persistent rain on the day. The children would be wet all day and apart from the discomfort of the day we really do not want children to be ill during the holidays.
We propose rescheduling the day towards the end of the school year.
All registered visitors will be emailed to inform them.
Thank you to the teachers, parents and colleagues for all your preparations – put your food and music on hold and we will hopefully enjoy them in sunshine 😊
Evere parents have been invited to their Evere FoodFest (equivalent to the Woluwe Footfest). If you wish more information, please contact everefamilyday@evereparents.org
