Extracurricular Activities Open Day Event – Evere 🎭🏀

The APEEE team has decided to organise this morning in a unique way to encourage interaction with parents. We invite you to join us for the following activities from 10:00 to 13:00:

  • Multisport Workshop
  • Art & Craft Workshop with an exhibition of creations
  • Concerts by students from individual music lessons

You can also get information about our extracurricular activities, including the sale of sports uniforms, and a canteen information point with Isabelle. The Canteen will also be sell some refreshments (coffee, biscuits, fruit, etc.) in the entrance hall.

Parents will have access to the entrance hall, sports halls, playground, and the Art & Craft workshop.

We look forward to welcoming you !

📱 Alert : Heatwave ☀

Due to the current heatwave, parents of pupils travelling on buses without air conditioning have been informed.

The APEEE will provide pupils with fresh bottles of water and will activate air conditioning on buses that are equipped with it.

We are sensitising the bus monitors so they can take appropriate actions, including: encouraging children to drink, ensuring maximum ventilation, reporting any incidents or significant discomfort.

We have also asked the school to inform teachers to bring children to the bus parking area later when possible.

We strongly encourage parents who are able to collect their children directly from school.

ActivitĂ©s PĂ©riscolaires – Programme des activitĂ©s

National Strike on 13th February 2025 📣

As announced in the national media, a strike will take place on 13th February 2025, which could cause disruption and create trafic.

The transport service will keep the concerned parents informed in real time about cancellations, absent supervisors, etc.

We understand that this may cause inconvenience and would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and patience during this exceptional circumstance. We will do our best to minimise disruption.

Comme annoncé dans les médias nationaux, une grÚve aura lieu le 13 février 2025, ce qui pourrait entraßner des perturbations sur le réseau routier de la capitale.

Le service transport tiendra informĂ© en temps rĂ©el les parents concernĂ©s au sujet d’annulation, absence de surveillants, etc.
