Eurêka : Open All Week (10/02 to 14/02) 👀

The service will be taken under the responsibility of the school – A short set of operating rules will be shared by the school as soon as possible.

Lost items will be available in the primary préau from during the week of 10th to 14th February 2025 from 8.15 a.m.– 4.15 p.m. for pupils and from 4.30 p.m. for parents.

Recognising the importance for parents and students to recover their lost items, we would like to share some updates about Eurêka, a service previously organised entirely by volunteer parents.

On 17th January 2025, a meeting was held with members of the school management, APEEE Board members, and Eurêka volunteers. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the operations of Eurêka and address multiple requests from parents. Key topics included organisation, data protection, access to the service, and, importantly, an expression of immense gratitude to the parent volunteers who have managed the service until now.

As the current operational model faced several challenges, the school has decided to take responsibility for the service while continuing its valuable collaboration with parent volunteers.

Key Updates:

  • The service will be taken under the responsibility of the school – A short set of operating rules will be shared by the school as soon as possible.
  • Lost items will be available in the primary préau from during the week of 10th to 14th February 2025 from 8.15 a.m.– 4.15 p.m. for pupils and from 4.30 p.m. for parents.
  • Regular hours will resume as of 17th February: Thursdays for the primary cycle (10 a.m.–12.50 p.m.) and Fridays for the secondary cycle (11.45 a.m.–1.45 p.m.).
  • An extra afternoon will be added for parents collecting children from extracurricular activities or OIB childcare. More information will be provided in due time.

More information will be provided by the school management in due course. In the meantime, we encourage you to consider volunteering! Soon we will share information on whom you should contact in that regard. Additional parent volunteers are essential to maintain a high level of service.
