The APEEE services (school canteen, school bus, extracurricular activities) wish to inform you about the price setting for the school year 2025-2026 approved by the Board at the meeting on the 22/10/2025.
The price increases on the current registrations for the school year 2025-2026 are due to the inflation, fee and salary indexations, structural investments needed and the actual level of registrations to the services.
Invoices & Balance Overview
The APEEE has scheduled to invoice the APEEE contribution fee, the extracurricular activities, the transport and canteen in separate invoices at the end of October or the beginning of November 2025. We kindly ask you to verify the invoicing information (email address & home address) in your Secured Zone.
If you have an open balance (outstanding invoices or credit notes) with the APEEE, you will receive a balance overview:
- If your balance shows a net credit (negative total), please deduct this amount from the payment of your next invoice.
- If your balance shows a positive amount owed, please add this amount to the payment of your next invoice.
Price Adjustments for 2025-2026
Transport (Woluwe & Evere)
In June the price increase was estimated to be 2.55%. The final price for the school year has been increased by 5.25%. The school bus fee per registered pupil is 2.490€ for 2025-2026.
Canteen – Woluwe
In June the price increase was estimated to be 6%. The final price for the school year has been increased by 6%.

Canteen – Evere
The Scolarest/Compass company will inform the parents at Evere about the expected price for the school year 2025-2026.
Extracurricular Activities (Woluwe & Evere)
In June the price increase was estimated between 0% and 5%. The final prices for ther school year 2025-2026 have been increased by 3%. The 2025-2026 activity prices are accessible in your Secured Zone.
Additional Practical Information
Kindly note that, as previously informed to families whose children were registered for the canteen during the first trimester, the food cost has been deducted from the invoice following the canteen closures resulting from electrical shortages on 12, 15, and 16th September 2025. Likewise, the food cost has also been deducted for the three days during which the S2 students were away on their school trip in October 2025.
