Exciting Multidisciplinary Day on 3/11/2025 🎨

Dear parents,

As you know, Monday 3rd November 2025 is the ‘school reports day’ for Nursery & Primary pupils. Therefore, please note, only the extracurricular activities for secondary pupils will take place.
For Nursery and Primary pupils, we are offering a day of multidisciplinary activities on both the Woluwe and Evere sites.

Details

  • On the Woluwe or Evere site (see code below).
  • Given in both French & English.
  • Children are welcomed and will be under supervision as of 8h30 with the latest pick up at 17h30.
  • Workshop activities will be given from 9h to 16h.

Please note there are different arrangements by site. 

WOLUWE
– Pupils may arrive and leave using the school bus service (buses depart at 15:30).
– Important: if your child is using the bus, kindly send an email to periscolaire@woluweparents.org indicating your child’s name and bus number.
– There will be no canteen service for Nursery and Primary pupils on the Woluwe site.
– Please provide your child with a meal, water and a snack.		EVERE
– There will be no school bus service. Parents are kindly requested to drop off and pick up their child by their own means.
– Pupils may have lunch in the canteen.Meals will be charged to the pupil’s account as on a normal school day.

How to register

Registrations are made via your Secured Zone using the appropriate code. There are no cross-site registration, please register your child on their site.

  • WOL5008_25 : children from Woluwe – stage in Woluwe – 35.20€
  • EVE5008_25 : children from Evere – stage in Evere – 35.20€

A moment of relaxation and leisure

Extracurricular workshops are an opportunity for children to relax and enjoy themselves. They allow them to discover new activities and make new friends.

If you are interested, do not hesitate to register your child before Wednesday 22nd October 2025 !

National Strike on 14th October 2025  📢

As announced in the national media, a national strike will take place on 14th October 2025, which could cause disruption and create trafic.

The transport service will keep the concerned parents informed in real time about cancellations, absent supervisors, etc.

We understand that this may cause inconvenience and would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and patience during this exceptional circumstance. We will do our best to minimise disruption.

Grève nationale le 13 février 2025 📣🚌

Comme annoncé dans les médias nationaux, une grève aura lieu le 13 février 2025, ce qui pourrait entraîner des perturbations sur le réseau routier de la capitale.

Le service transport tiendra informé en temps réel les parents concernés au sujet d’annulation, absence de surveillants, etc.

Nous comprenons que cela peut causer des désagréments et nous tenons à vous remercier d’avance de votre compréhension et patience en cette circonstance exceptionnelle. Nous ferons de notre mieux pour minimiser les perturbations.
