We are pleased to inform you of the organisation of sports activities for S1-2-3-4 students will have the opportunity to try and improve in various sports such as football, badminton, basketball, gymnastics, frisbee, etc.

These activities will be held at the Woluwe school between 8:30 a.m. and 3:20 p.m. and the meeting point is fixed for the participants in the entrance of the Sports Hall. Participants, subscribers to school transport, will have the possibility of coming to school in the morning with their usual bus, and at the end of the day, returning with the 3:30 p.m. bus (1:00 p.m. on Wednesdays). All 4:20 p.m. departures will be suspended.

Please note it is important to provide a meal for your child, as the canteen and cafeteria are closed for secondary school on these dates, and the pupils won’t be allowed to leave the school.

Registration for these activities will be done via your Secured Portal using the following codes:

• Week 1 from 26 to 30 June 2023 : code WOL5030 (150€)
• Week 2 from 3 to 6 July 2023: code WOL5031 (120€)

Only registration for the whole week will be accepted.

Please note that these activities are organised by the APEEE exceptionally and that they do not replace the activities which the school usually organises each year.
