The APEEE services (school canteen, school bus, extracurricular activities) wish to inform you about the price setting for the school year 2024-2025 approved by the Board at the meeting on 14/10/2024.

The price increase is based on the current registrations for the school year 2024-2025 and is mainly due to the inflation rates which continue to have an impact on our overall costs (persisting increase of the costs for food purchase, bus rentals, and mandatory salary indexation for the APEEE staff).

Canteen service Woluwe

In June the price increase was estimated between 4% and 6%. The final price for the school year 2024-2025 has been increased by 5%.

• Nursery: 6.68 € per meal 
• Primary: 7,62 € per meal 
• Secondary: 8.03 € per meal

Canteen service Evere

The Scolarest/Compass company has informed the parents at Evere about the price for the school year 2024-2025.

School bus service Woluwe & Evere

In June the price increase was estimated between 4% and 6%. The final price for the school year 2024-2025 has been increased by 6%.

The school bus fee per registered pupil is 2.365,72€ for 2024-2025.

Extracurricular activities Woluwe & Evere

In June, the price increase was estimated up to 3% if the number of registrations was lower than expected. For swimming and ice-skating, prices were estimated to increase by up to 10%. 

The final prices for the school year 2024-2025 have not been increased, except for swimming and ice-skating, which are respectivaly increased by 7% and 10%. The prices per activity are updated in your Secured Zone. 

For the extracurricular activities the parents are able to benefit from the SWAP formula. This offers the possibility to change from one activity to another activity. May we kindly ask you to read the information carefully.

Invoicing

The APEEE has scheduled to invoice the APEEE contribution fee, the extracurricular activities, the transport and canteen at the end of October or the beginning of November 2024. We kindly ask you to verify the invoicing information (email address & home address) in your Secured Zone.
