APEEE : Policy
The APEEE communicates mainly by email and on its website or secondarily on its Facebook page or Twitter account. We do not communicate, in any way, via electronic communication channels such as WhatsApp. The creation, management and publication of messages on these groups are carried out independently of our activity and remain the sole responsibility of each parent who joins the group and communicates in the group. We cannot be held responsible for the content shared and the processing of the data made in these groups, regardless of the quality of the person or parent who creates or administer the group. If you have any questions, please contact the administrator of the group(s) to which you belong.
Registrations for Interclass & Footfest ⚽
We are thrilled to announce that registrations are now open for our upcoming Interclass & Footfest football matches! As the excitement of the football season builds up, we invite your young athletes to join us for a fun and competitive experience on the field.
Details:
- Age Groups
- Interclass: Primary 2-3 / Primary 4-5 /Secondary 1-2
- Footfest: Secondary 3-4 / Secondary 5-6-7
- Registration Deadline: 8th November 2023
- Matches Dates: Will be communicated on our website and to the teams
- Price: 30€ (invoices will be sent later during the term).
- Location: Woluwe site
Why Join Us? Our football matches offer a fantastic opportunity for children to enhance their skills, make new friends, and most importantly, have a great time playing the sport they love. Our experienced coaches and dedicated organizers ensure a safe and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Registration Process: To register your child for the football matches, please follow these simple steps:
- Visit our website
- Click on the registration link and fill out the online form.
Important Notes:
- Early registration is encouraged as spots are limited to allow greater flexibility for postponed matches.
- Each team will choose a parent (adult) who will be in charge of the communication with the APEEE. For safety reasons, a parent must be present at all matches and will be responsible for the behaviour of the players before, during and after the matches.
- A team must have a minimum of 10 players and may have a maximum of 14 players with a minimum of 2 girls.
- It is understood that players and spectators will behave courteously and with fair play, in moments of joy or defeat.

Eurêka : Help Needed 👀
Please always make sure that your child’s items bear at least the family name (clearly readable, permanent marker, no initials, ideally also the first name and class), this makes it easier to return them to you.
Eurêka is a big part of the school community!
Every child has lost at least one belonging in their time at EEB2 and thanks to the Eurêka Team, many of them are recovered!
Eurêka is the lost & found service of EEB2 run by parent-volunteers who collect, sort and record lost items (books, clothes, keys, calculators, watches, etc). The volunteers open the premises to pupils every Thursday (for Nursery and Primary) and Friday (for Secondary).
The service is only possible thanks to selfless dedication of parent-volunteers, who do their best to ensure the functioning of Eurêka with limited resources! Which is why they are reaching out to parents to ask for additional volunteers!
You would only have to be available from time to time on Thursdays or Fridays, just a couple of hours! Should you be willing to lend a helping hand, please let us know by contacting the secretariat at: secretariat.apeee@woluweparents.org
Class Representatives : Save the Date for the EGM & AGM
As mentioned in our previous newsletters, the dates for the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and our Annual General Meeting (AGM) have been selected.
- EGM : 7th December 2023 at 19h in the EVERE Canteen (Evere site)
- 66% attendance is required to vote on the APEEE Statutes changes which are required by the Belgium AISBL law.
- All class representatives have full voting powers.
- AGM : 11th January 2024 at 19h in the Salle De Gaspari (Charlemagne Building)
- All class representatives have full voting powers.
A call for volunteers to join the Electoral Office for the EGM will be sent soon. If you are interested, do check your emails in the coming days!
New Bus Schedule After the Holidays 🚌🕑
As announced at the beginning of October, the P1 and P2 pupils that were temporarily moved to Evere will come back to Woluwe after the All Saints Holidays. This entails several changes to our bus schedules all over the network. We have also used this opportunity to make additional improvements like shortening riding times for some lines, changing some routes, modifying some stops etc.
Please remember to check your Secured Zone one to two days before returning to school so that you can be sure to be at the right stop at the right time after the All Saints Holidays.
Woluwe P1 & P2: Extracurricular activities return to Woluwe as of 8th November 2023
We are pleased to inform you that extracurricular activities for Woluwe pupils, currently provided at the Evere site, will be returning to our Woluwe site from 8th November 2023.
The times and details of the activities will remain unchanged, except for the location. We have made all the necessary arrangements to ensure a smooth and safe return for our students.

Woluwe P1 & P2 : Payment Balance Recovery in Click4food
As you are aware, the Canteen service in Evere is provided by Scolarest-Compass. At the beginning of this year, all P1 & P2 Woluwe parents were requested to create an account to cover the temporary move of their children. Due to the early return to Woluwe, parents who are in order of payment for the meals can now recover their remaining balance.
If you encounter any issues do not hesitate to contact euro.school.evere@compass-group.be
Click4Food Procedure
- Open your "Click4Food" app
- Enter your login & password
- Click on "Dépôt"
- Click on "Retirer" next to the balance
- Enter your password
- Click on "Retirer"
After 3 or 4 working days, your money will be in the account with which you made the payment transactions.
Please note that this opportunity to recover your remaining balance is applicable only to parents who have cleared their payment for the meals during the temporary move. Scolarest-Compass will contact parents on a case-by-case basis to settle any pending payments.
