We are pleased to inform you that this check was a success, with more than ten buses checked and only one vehicle stopped for administrative reasons (missing document). Aiming at further enhancing the safety of our students during their trips, we are pleased to note that bus companies attach great importance to safety. We are convinced that this initiative will have a positive and lasting impact on the safety of children. We would like to thank the police and Brussels Mobility for their collaboration and support throughout this operation, as well as our partners (companies and drivers) for submitting to the checks without contestation. We are very happy to share this good news with you and hope that it will strengthen your trust in our commitment to the safety of your children. š„¬ No Meat Week is Back : 2023 Edition ! š„¦ Our Canteen Service prepared a nutritious menu and has served tasty plates such as homemade ravioli, Quorn chili, etc during this special week, which ends on Friday 21st April. This "no meat week" is an annual event and since last year organised in collaboration with the students of the EEB2 Green Team.. This initiative aims at reducing the ecological impact of the canteen, to offer healthy and sustainable menus and to fight against food waste. In this way we hope to raise the awareness of as many students as possible by playing our part in sustainability and importance of consuming better, polluting less, increasing the positive effects on our health while giving hope to people (breeders, farmers, craftsmen and cooks) to continue in this way. Successful APEEE Easter Workshops š£ The activities proposed by the APEEE during the Easter break were varied and adapted to all tastes. The children were able to practice several sports, such as football, basketball, gymnastics, and many others. They were also able to express their creativity through artistic activities such as painting, drawing, crafts & sculpture (see pictures below). The dance class pupils were able to rehearse their end of year show and they confirmed that they are looking forward to presenting it on April 24, 2023. A workshop dedicated to the guitar in all its forms (electric, acoustic, chords, etc.) was also offered and was met with great enthusiasm! It allowed the children to discover new talents and to develop their musical creativity. To top it all off, a magician š® came to close the workshops by amazing children and adults with his spectacular tricks! The children shared how eager they are to participate in the next activities organised by the APEEE.
