Create Your Secured Zone Account

To register your child for our services, please log in to your APEEE Secured Zone account.

If you do not yet have an APEEE Secured Zone account, you will first need to create one. You can find detailed instructions and step-by-step guidance here.

Once your account has been created and activated, you will be able to access the registration platform and on the opening registration dates enrol your child in the available services.

Registration Dates & Prices

  • Woluwe & Evere school transport registrations opened on 5 June 2026. The APEEE will make every effort to keep the prices within the same range as for the 2025–2026 school year. However, the prices are likely to be affected by the increase in fuel costs. Provisional pricing information will be communicated on 5 June. As in previous years, final prices will be set in October.
  • Woluwe canteen registrations opened on 5 June 2026. The APEEE is committed to lowering the prices in the context of the reduction in costs generated by the new self-service organisation. Provisional pricing information will be communicated on 5 June. As in previous years, final prices will be set in October.
  • Woluwe & Evere Extracurricular activities
    • Pre-registration from 22 May 2026
    • Publication of the 2026-2027 activities programme : 1 June 2026
    • Registrations will open on 15 June 2026 at 1:00 pm.
    • The APEEE will make every effort to keep the prices within the same range as for the 2025–2026 school year. Services for nursery and primary in the Woluwe site may be affected by the additional required organisation linked to the transfer of the nursery and primary cycles to Evere. Provisional pricing information will be provided no later than 15 June. As in previous years, final prices will be set in October.

Automatic Renewal for APEEE-Managed Services

If your child(ren) were already registered for school transport and/or the Woluwe canteen during the 2025–2026 school year, the registration will be automatically renewed for 2026–2027, except for:

  • Nursery and primary pupils currently schooled in the Woluwe site (transferring to the Evere site as of next year),
  • P5 pupils currently schooled in the Evere site (transferring to the Woluwe site as of next year),
  • S7 pupils.

In case of automatic renewal, no action is required on your part unless you wish to make changes. Otherwise, please note that registrations will need to be entered again in your Secured Zone.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Secretariat at: secretariat.apeee@woluweparents.org.

The APEEE provides a number of services to support pupils and families throughout the school year, including school transport, the Woluwe canteen, extracurricular activities and supervision.

As there is a lot of information to take in when joining a new school, we have brought together below the essential information and actions you need to take before the start of the school year.

FIRST STEP – Create and check your APEEE Secured Zone account

With the exception of the Evere canteen, all APEEE services are managed through the APEEE Secured Zone. If you do not yet have an account, please create your Secured Zone account here. Detailed instructions and guidelines are available here.

Once your account has been created, please make sure that you:

  • add your child(ren) to your Secured Zone;
  • check that their personal information is correct; and
  • register them individually for the APEEE services you require, such as Transport, Woluwe Canteen, Extracurricular Activities and/or Supervision.

Please do not assume that creating a Secured Zone account automatically registers your child for a service. Each required service must be added separately.

SCHOOL TRANSPORT : eve-transport@evereparents.org / transport@woluweparents.org

School buses will operate from the morning of Thursday 3 September 2026.

Before the first school day

If your child will use the APEEE school bus service, please make sure they are correctly registered and check their transport details in the Secured Zone, including their:

  • bus number;
  • bus stop;
  • timetable; and
  • employer category, where applicable.

Routes and stops have been reviewed for the new school year. Bus numbers, timetables or stop locations may therefore differ from those previously communicated. In some cases, a stop may also be located on the opposite side of the road.

Thursday 3 September – first-day departures

  • Woluwe: buses will depart between 13:00 and 13:10
  • Evere: buses will depart between 15:30 and 15:40

For Nursery and Primary pupils, please make sure that both your child and their class teacher know which afternoon bus your child should take.

Registrations are normally automatically renewed. However, Nursery and Primary pupils who attended Woluwe in 2025–2026 and are moving to Evere for 2026–2027 require a new transport registration.

If you no longer require the school bus service, please unregister your child via the Secured Zone.

Important rules on board

For safety reasons, food is not permitted on school buses, particularly in order to protect children with food allergies. For Nursery and Primary pupils travelling to and from Evere, the use of mobile phones is, in principle, not permitted on school buses. Reasonable and justified use, for example to call or send a message to a parent, is tolerated.

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES & SUPERVISION : eve-periscolaire@evereparents.org / periscolaire@woluweparents.org

Please note that Supervision and Extracurricular Activities do not start on the same date.

Important dates

  • Supervision starts on Thursday 3 September 2026
  • Extracurricular Activities start on Monday 21 September 2026
  • Supervision linked to an Extracurricular Activity also starts on 21 September 2026
  •

From 3 to 17 September inclusive, only regular supervision not linked to an extracurricular activity will be available.

If you need supervision during this period but do not have regular supervision booked, you can register your child for occasional supervision here.

Nursery and Primary pupils attending activities in Woluwe

Nursery and Primary pupils are now based at the Evere site, while the Woluwe site is dedicated to Secondary pupils.

However, Nursery and Primary children registered for an extracurricular activity taking place in Woluwe may book occasional supervision in Woluwe on the day of their registered activity.

For example, if your child has an activity in Woluwe on Tuesday, occasional supervision in Woluwe may be booked on Tuesday. If your child has activities on Tuesday and Thursday, it may be booked on either of those days.

In all other cases, occasional supervision takes place at your child’s school site: Evere for Nursery and Primary pupils and Woluwe for Secondary pupils.

Collection and authorisations

For pupils in Nursery, Primary, S1 and S2, please check the details of the people authorised to collect your child in the APEEE Secured Zone.

If your child is authorised to leave independently, please make sure that the Extracurricular Activities team has been informed:

Woluwe: periscolaire@woluweparents.org
Evere: eve-periscolaire@evereparents.org

Please also note that anyone collecting a child from the school site must comply with the school’s new access policy and hold the required access badge. If you need to order a badge please do so via : Badge d’entrée EEB2 | EduFun (Please note that the production and distribution of the badges are organised by the school. The APEEE is simply sharing this information with families.)

CANTEEN – WOLUWE cantine@woluweparents.org

The Woluwe canteen operates under a new self-service system this year. Pupils select their own meals and are responsible for clearing their trays and cutlery after eating. The menus are available here.

Registration

Woluwe canteen registrations are managed through the APEEE Secured Zone. Existing Woluwe canteen subscriptions are automatically renewed, except in the specific cases communicated for the new school year. New families wishing to use the canteen must register their child through the Secured Zone.

Yellow keyfob

Every registered pupil will receive a personal yellow keyfob on 3 September 2026. Pupils who do not receive their keyfob should visit the canteen office. The keyfob will be used to:

  • access the canteen; and
  • pay for purchases in the cafeteria.

Cafeteria payments and occasional meals will be managed through the new myNetPay service.

During the transition period, cash and bank cards will continue to be accepted in the cafeteria until 31 October 2026.

Further information about the new Woluwe canteen system is available on our website.

CANTEEN – EVERE : euro.school.evere@compass-group.be

Please note that the Evere canteen is not managed by the APEEE, I add our colleagues from Scolarest Compass in copy, who will be able to help you further. Indeed, the service is operated externally by Scolarest Compass, and registration for the Evere canteen therefore does not take place through the APEEE Secured Zone.

Families of pupils attending Evere should follow the information and registration instructions communicated directly by Scolarest Compass.

Further information about our services is also available on the APEEE website. Our teams remain available should you have any questions or encounter difficulties with your registrations.

We wish you and your children a very warm welcome to EEB2 and an excellent start to the 2026–2027 school year. We look forward to welcoming you into the APEEE community!
